It's been exceptional from day 1. The challenge will be transitioning back to working in the office periodically. This takes away hours from the day, costs money, and I no longer have a dedicated work space in the office. My job is easily done 100% remote, so in-office requirements are questionable.
I've loved everything but the return to office initiative. Good policy for new hires or entry level positions, but unnecessary for other positions. The commute, paying for parking, finding a desk, juggling different technology, dealing w/distractions - all gratuitous negatives for both work and life
They're winner, always trying to keep everyone winning.
Getting things done that actually have an impact.
They are committed to growth.
The Employee Stock Purchase Plan
We work together great even while working from home.
Everyone is willing to help.
Everyone has a positive mindset.
Great people with good energy.
Getting tasks done each day.
Constant upbeat energy and willing to get the job done.
Everyone stands up for each other and is willing to help.
They lead from the front and treat everyone has colleagues and not subordinates.
Obviously I'd like to be paid more, but after proving we work well remotely it is a big ask to have us come back in to the office on a mandatory basis without providing additional compensation to do so.
