I really enjoy my team and my manager however my overall experience is that the top level executives do not care about your every day employee which is why they decrease our benefits but increase how much it costs, do not provide unlimited PTO, and do not pay employees enough

Pay employees more and respect boundaries when it comes to working remote
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like my company doesn't value me because they refuse to pay me what I deserve or what other companies would pay me. When this has been expressed in glassdoor reviews nothing seems to happen.
