Compensation is highly competitive and there is a ton of opportunity to grow which isn't necessarily the case with all companies.

The ability to influence my pay through my performance. Company offers ESPP that provides immediate value for employees and allows employees to have a stake in the business.

Open, honest, transparent and always willing to listen. Incredible thought leadership and extremely invested in the overall well-being of all employees. Continue to push the organization to new heights.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We continue to adapt. We were an amazing in-person culture prior to the pandemic. Then we switched to an amazing remote culture and are now finding the balance of hybrid. Truly world-class.

Get after it mentality and always willing to offer a helping hand. We continually solve new and complex problems everyday so teamwork and collaboration are always welcomed in order to meet the complex demands of our customers!
