Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It feels like the industry is paying far higher than SPS and the fact that some new hires are making more then people in the same role that have been in that role for 1+ years is ridiculous. I believe that the reason that turnover is becoming an issue in this organization.
