The camaraderie I find within my team, and the willingness to be available for questions throughout the day has grown my confidence in my role and my teammates abilities.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The open attitude towards communication and learning, one can ask just about anyone in any department a question, or just try to learn more about that role and receive a comprehensive and encouraging response.
