I'm thankful for my experience at SPS Commerce, I feel I have developed professionally since starting at SPS.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I think SPS in a lot of ways is at a good start at developing work culture, however, I think for employee retention, there's a lot that can be improved. ~Raises above 2% each year ~Removing benefits while encouraging in office work (i.e. increasing parking, encouraging office work etc.)

SPS has been one of my favorite companies that I have worked for. In general, I would recommend working at SPS.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like having 20 days of PTO!

I like what I do and where I work.

I love my coworkers and the job that I do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I felt that I could always speak up and share my thoughts about work.

Having a routine. Being in office a few days a week has been nice.

It feels personal. I feel a personal connection to everyone. I absolutely love my team.

It seems that SPS Commerce cares about making an impact on the world which I love.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think they are very experienced and care about SPS Commerce and the success of the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my team! We all get along and it's a joy to come to work to talk with my coworkers.

I think they seem genuine. Every time I have been in office, the leadership team has always said hi and been approachable outside of meetings.

I think the leadership team is a group of talented and knowledgeable people that are actively promoting and wanting to grow SPS Commerce as a company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think that SPS does value their employees. I do feel that I'm treated respectfully and I don't dread going into work every day and for that, I'm thankful!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think SPS offers very low % raises especially when SPS has quarters of growth. It does make me think about what else is out there besides working at SPS. Additionally, I noticed SPS switched health insurance providers recently and I did notice a decrease in my benefits and an increase in cost.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to hear about scheduled raises. I do feel I get paid fairly for the job that I do, but I can't help but have my eye on other companies and their pay. I'm not confident that SPS would be willing to reward for loyalty to their employees. I could see myself leaving SPS because of this.
