it has been challenging to start right before the pandemic, but it has been overall decent

it WAS great and then it has gone downhill, I feel like the mission to become a $1B company is for greed at the expense of burning out employees and not giving them value in merits or having fun events for employees! SPS used to care about equity and DEI, I don't believe that any more.

Currently, lunch credits when in the office. Also, free sparkling water and pop in the office.

value employees, support remote work - don't force hybrid for certain business units, better knowledge base
