There are almost limitless opportunities where one can learn a lot, however because of the lack of market valued pay, I feel that SPS is in a system of training amazing talent but then losing them once they get to a tenured level as said person will seek more pay. | Comparably

What are some of the best things about your team?

We have many tenured employees, thus at this point I feel that we operate like a well oil machine.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Between a lack luster salary & the increasing messaging that SPS is moving to going back into the office as a requirement it creates a non excited feeling.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

It is very hard to feel appreciated when an annual pay increase does not keep up with inflation. I appreciate that we are receiving anything, however knowing that inflation is at 8.5% (for example) and one could get a 3% raise.. said individual is theoretically making 3.5% less money than before.
