Improve benefits across company. Review country specific needs and apply them. Look at other high revenue companies and compare the benefit structure and share the positives with the larger team to gain buy in.
Better research is required to understand the tax challenges employees face in different countries. Exchange rate should also be looked at to help ensure folks are being fairly across the company for similar roles.
Benefits are not as good as other companies, lower dollar coverage for benefits, no glasses coverage, higher match rate; Based on region, I think SPS needs to look at salary comparison across similar roles and tax implications.
