Evaluating the industry and adjusting salaries accordingly. Put employees and cultures first again rather than the journey to 1 billion- it's a bi tone deaf and not inspiring

They need to bring back valuing their employees, and I don't mean a pat on the back I mean accurate compensation and realistic goals and work life balance

Moving back towards succeed together and employees come first. The high focus on a billion dollars seems to have side tracked that. Which is ironic because they need employees to get there

Salary compensation is too low for the industry standards and there has been a push to go back into the office even without a reduction in productivity. Allow remote work and adjust salaries

Competitive market salaries, we are a publicly traded multi-million dollar SAAS company but our salaries in the range of a small non-SAAS business. We don't want to hear about a "journey to a billion" we want to hear about how we can make the experience better for customers and employees
