Everyone is very friendly and outgoing, always willing to extend a helping hand for those just starting out as external hires.

Being a part of a winning organization that empowers employees to do their best and be their best, in and out of work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I've been here for a short time, but there doesn't appear to be a major barrier between the C-Suite/executive team and employees. From what I've witnessed, it's an open door policy and they will do everything they can to support us and help SPS win.
