Overall I like SPS, but compensation and value wise would be much appreciated, we need a cost of living merit aside from a merit increase.

I love what I do, I just wish my team and I would be recognized for all we do in a monetary way since life is extremely hard to survive right now with sky high inflation, there should be a merit increase and a cost of living increase annually, we are the foundation of what keeps our customers going.

I am remote so it is hard to say.

Better compensation in these high inflation times, annual bonuses and more recognition.

I like a challenge and this job provides it, I learn something new everyday.

Team work, reliability, communication and the team building we get to have when we see each other.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The rollercoaster of increasing housing costs, gas prices, groceries etc and our employer not doing more to provide and make sure we are all paid a livable wage.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I wish we had to pay less for insurance as the current benefits pretty much only cover preventive exams etc, more mental health resources and more paid time off.

As Inflation rises and everything everywhere is 10x more expensive I believe the company should assess everyone by their location and changes going on around them and provide pay increases accordingly not on a yearly basis.

I feel there should be an annual merit increase aside from a Cost Of Living increase depending on the area the employee works from in these crazy times. Due to these reasons I feel undervalued.

I very humbly believe we should all get a merit increase that ties directly to our individual performance as well as a cost of living increase annually. Life is expensive, our Insurance does not cover much for what we and our employer pays as well.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

These are hard stressful times, everything is ridiculously expensive! Yet, we only receive 1 raise a year which does not align with the high inflation rates, we should be compensated for the awesome job we do with our customers and a cost of living raise as well, I have recommended this multiple Xs!
