All aspects of my day-to-day are generally positive and engaging. I know that I am actively helping customers which is the most gratifying part. I just wish the product and data loading was better and more timely without so many issues, and the implementation projects were QC'd before completed.

After working here for 6 years I left to try something new and came running back after 6 months. This job is it for me until I retire. There is nothing better.

Everything, really! SPS encourages employees to do their best and always makes them feel good about the work we do.

My teammates, and helping my customers. I get a lot of positive feedback and can see how I help people.

Their empathy and action on correcting inhuman treatment in the US unrelated to our business. Makes me feel proud and good about working at SPS.
