I have enjoyed watching SPS change to be more invested in the diversity and equity of it's employees. The fact they worked to ensure the job security of all employees during the pandemic really spoke to me as someone who has experienced job insecurity before. It feels like SPS cares about us.

I think the people at SPS Honestly care about one another and want each other to succeed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do seem willing to learn and make changes when it comes to Equity, Diversity & Inclusion work
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The work they are trying to do to not just make the workplace a more diverse and supportive place but the greater community a better place.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to see an outside company come in and review how women and men are paid at the company comparatively. I would also recommend a deeper dive into inflation vs the yearly raises.
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to work remotely when I feel like it and in person when I feel like it. It allows me to balance my ND and my introversion in ways that make me more successful and happier.
