I believe i am valued in sps however the compensation/pay increase is too low.

Everyone is supportive with each other and always lending a helping hand when help is needed.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love collaborating with other colleagues, having people coming into the office again makes me happy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel the company can do better in compensating. Especially seeing the company has 88 consecutive quarters of growth but the salary is still not moving much.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Even though we are at the other side of the globe, each time when we meet together over zoom, we collaborate & always looking out for each other. Teamwork is key.
What makes you most happy at work?
Especially working from home for the past 2 years, it is refreshing to get out of the house to go to work. very happy to see familiar faces and also new faces.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel the pay rise is minimal each year and with the inflation that is going on right now, our pay is not catching up with everything else that is increasing immensely at the moment.
