I don't feel like a number. Management is engaged with all levels (which makes the employee feel cared for and recognized) . There is less ego in the leadership; the kind that leads leadership to separate themselves from the 'worker'
The lack of disconnect. With other companies, the executive team does not engage with the front line. With SPS, even if we are getting bigger, the all level engagement makes it feel small. That is very important in maintaining the company culture.
