I enjoy my current position, but I over perform every month, and still have yet to receive a decent raise or promotion.

Great manager who is very hands on and involved

It's awesome that they put employees first. It's one of the key values at SPS.
What makes you most happy at work?
The positive feedback I receive from customers. I'm not in a customer facing role, but it's always great to get good feedback.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It's hard to connect with co-workers when they live halfway around the world. I enjoy them, but the time difference makes it hard to connect with each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've performed well, but the raise I've gotten each year is very minimal. I believe I've done everything I can do to get a promotion, but that's still not in sight.
