
SPS does live by their values. I have worked at a number of companies that state their employees are #1 however SPS demonstrates this by the new employee onboarding, new manager training, SPSu, etc. I always feel valued and that I am contributing positively to the department and overall company.
this is one of the only companies where they say employees come first and they mean it. continuing to improve and bring value to the company and the customer are important.
