It's the "we're all in this together" mentality and I care about you as a person not just a worker.

They are approachable and they listen to their people both proactively and reactively. It makes people feel heard and important which is key to culture.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
For the first time in my life I felt like I was offered a package that made me feel valued for what I bring versus feeling like I had to fight to get what I deserved just for doing the job everyday.
