Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay raise was SIGNIFICANTLY below inflation last year and I am anticipating the same this year. The company should be adjusting raises for inflation.
What makes you most happy at work?
My job is pretty relaxing and fulfilling. I am not stressed or have a manager constantly watching me. They just trust me to do my work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The working hours on my job are very flexible and allow me to go to doctor's appointments or use PTO with basically no pushback. I never have any issues with vacations or accommodation of my life outside of work.
