I enjoy my coworkers, i could not care less about the jounrey to $1 Billion because i'm not making money on that. Im asked to do more every year and dont get paid more. Until i get paid more, i wont care about company wide success

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Im paid less than my market peers. When i brought this up to management, i was treated very poorly by both management and HR. Also, you cant brag about pay raises that dont match inflation. Its not a pya raise and we know it....

I constantly see that i can make more money at other companies lcoated in twin cities for the same role. The comapny stives to be $1Bn company but why would i care. Its not like I'd get paid more if we reach that goal
