Alot of tech companies will send out surveys asking what they doing well, not doing well, too much off. the director will use this is assess the manager. We are micromanaged currently

No clear path on how to succeed. The cart is put before the horse majority of the time and that creates stress and frustration

Its very competeive however the path to get there is very unclear

They are genuine when they offer time and support. They go out of their way to check-in with me to see how I am doing.

my co-workers and I am excited to get started on my day-to-day because I want to succeed but there is no internal SOP's on how to do my day-to-day
