What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The way in which SPS strives to be the best. It isn't in a way that feels forceful and straining, but instead very encouraging and motivating.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do think SPS could up their salary for their employees. When you take a look at the salaries other companies in our sector are paying their employees, there is a large gap, and it is costing SPS valuable employees who are leaving to gain higher pay.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
How involved they are. They interact with us on a day to day basis to really get to know us individually. They make it clear that they are here to not only lead us, but also collaborate with us to help us succeed and excel not only as employees and also individuals.
