Ability and willingness to help each other when asked.
How PTO time is made available and how it's earned.
The people i work with and the clients i support.
The willingness to help one another when the need is there.
The flexibility we have to support our customers and our own individual needs.
The way they communicate clear messages and they are doing what they are doing.
The willingness to everyone willing to help one another when the need is there.
Average due to limited coveraged based in the limited dollar value assigned to each employee. At least in the Canadian division.
I like that the team focuses on social issues, although those issues exist in other countries and the learnings only focus on an American where other countries perspectives & history would be beneficial.
