Solid company, good job security, they treat employees well for the most part but promotions and pay make no sense. Very much who you know.

My perception that I have great job security to provide for my family.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're in it together, the ups and downs, wins and losses. Very supportive for each other. Similar interests outside of work and just all around great people to work with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Promotions, pay (merit increases, bonuses, pay raises) and job titles make no sense. Folks in technology receiving bumps and large % increases while customer success folks receive the standard 2-3%. All while the company continues to do well and higher ups line their pockets, the rich get richer
