I think having a competitive salary is the best part of my compensation package.

For me, it's working to find solutions to our customer's business problems through dialog and discussion and then execution those visions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think the commitment to the growth of the company is what I like best but retaining the company value that employees come first as while executing on that growth is very impressive and as an employee it makes me want to work that much harder at executing on my tasks.
