I enjoy the work. Love working with client. But have hit a glass ceiling because I am not willing to move to Minneapolis. I outperform my coworkers by far but am not able to move up in the organization.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I enjoy the work and the people I work with. I feel a glass ceiling above me because I do not work in a main office. Its really not fair when there are exceptions all of the place. Leadership roles should be available to everyone.

At times they are transparent about their decision making.

They are good people. Many of them work hard.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
company is making changes to be more diverse and inclusive.

Their hearts are in the right place. They care about employees.

be more customer focused instead of internally management focused for better customer experience

This company has a good bonus program and the teams work hard to hit it.

Helping other teammates understand the customer experience and the technical aspects of how we do what we do.

My group really cares about the customer experience and actively works with other teams to take care of our customers.

Working with clients. I am able to bring value and help them move their business forward to drive sales and revenue
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because I am a remote employee the CEO will not allow me to move up in the company. True for all remote employees
