The company would be great if pay was a lot better. The culture, executives, CEO, management is all good. The only downfall that we consistently have is the low pay. We have so many quarters of consecutive growth but the employees don't see the monetary benefit at all.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Getting paid what we deserve based on tenure and what other companies are paying. SPS is consistently lower pay than other companies.
