SPS is a great place to work. I think if SPS is able to get more in alignment on compensation with the industry, it would be a premier place to work!

Everyone is willing to help. I feel I have trust from everyone.

Everyone treats like a human being at SPS. Some companies purely treat you like a commodity.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to the industry, SPS severely underpays. Often times benefit updates are made without considering employees opinion (example: new health insurance is quite a step down from previous provider)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Based on the complexity of work SPS employees do and what competitors pay for comparable roles, SPS generally underpays quite a bit. SPS does have the perk of stability but often times paying 20% less than competitors is not great.
