My personal team is very close. They are invested in me and the team as much as they are wanting to get themselves to their goal
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I personally just received a raise for the first time in 5 years, because of the value leadership sees in me. so prior to that i thought i was undervalued. but that flipped very recently
