Coming in through an acquisition, it has been a positive experience overall. There is structure in a lot of areas where it was lacking previously. However, some of the agility loss is challenging at times.

Coming from a recent acquisition, I'm pleasantly surprised at the similar cultures from my previous company. The biggest challenge continues adjusting to the scope of SPS and where to go when issues arise.
