It has been the best company I have been at. I do with the benefits were a bit better. Men need more paternity leave, pet insurance would be nice too

hybrid work is key. working from home.

Trust - thus far managers trust us. Flex and remote work was huge for me coming here.

We are small and that is a good thing on so many levels. Everyone is collaborative and supportive
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We do not get any inflation compensation or year to year raise. Our base is extremely low for a SaaS company and that makes it difficult to survive and pay bills
