have a clearly defined processes and procedures and train staff to follow them
agree on clearer roles and responsibilities, but not to step on each others toes
too small pay rise. needs to be more substantial to at least cover the inflation growth.
Define the responsibilities more clearly. Allocate sufficient resources to all tasks/projects. The teams are under a lot of workload/pressure.
