the industry / market are booming and clients' demand drives the company's success so far, but internally there are a lot of broken processes and mis-communications / lack of communication that reduces efficiency dramatically

processes and responsibilities are confusing and changing all the time

have a clearly defined processes and procedures and train staff to follow them

agree on clearer roles and responsibilities, but not to step on each others toes

too small pay rise. needs to be more substantial to at least cover the inflation growth.

Define the responsibilities more clearly. Allocate sufficient resources to all tasks/projects. The teams are under a lot of workload/pressure.
