As a new employee, I am so grateful for the work environment at SPS. I am pushed to excel during working hours, but my time and life outside of work are valued and respected. The onboarding process has been clear and informative, and I truly appreciate all the trainers have done!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel like I am actually getting paid for the hours that I am working because I am not being asked to do anything outside of work
What do you like best about the leadership team?
As a new employee, I have felt extremely welcome at SPS. It is clear that the executives value all employees as they have taken time to record videos and be present in our onboarding sessions!
What makes you most happy at work?
I appreciate that my training schedule has been laid out clearly, so I know what my objectives are for the day and can get them done. The expected amount of daily work is manageable, and I feel confident that I can get the work on that I need to and feel accomplished.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Being the newest member of the team, they have been really good about welcoming me in and answering my questions. I have met with each of them 1-1 for 30 minutes and I really appreciated them setting aside that time to get to know me personally before diving into all of our work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It was so great that the first week of training was with all the new hires. I am really grateful to have connections outside of my team, as well as my team, because it makes me feel more like part of the company right away. It has been such a welcoming and positive environment!
