I think the equity we receive is a very valuable piece as we continue to grow and so does the value of that equity.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The clear and consistent vision throughout the organization. The focus on continued strategic growth. Also how approachable and "down to Earth" they all are.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a fast paced, exciting and not in a draconian way. We are focused on growth and scaling efficiently to $1B and doing it in a smart way and not in an "at all costs" way.
