All of the company wide meetings are a waste of time, I hate listening to those who do nothing all day and have no insight or knowledge on my day to day talk about how great we are doing. We're not. The CEO team is. And just because they say things are going well, doesn't mean they are.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Only my other coworkers, minus the sales team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is willing to help out and listen to the hardships
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
You could hire more people, train the sales team to know anything about what they are selling, and pay fair wages to combat inflation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know for a fact that other companies pay 19% more for lower positions. They changed our healthcare and now nothing is covered anymore. Employees are struggling so Archie can report higher profits.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Paying attention to what improvements are actually needed. They keep trying to reinvent the wheel without thinking about the people that actually do the work on a regular basis and make stupid updates to the names of our tools which adds time to my work, trying to figure out what new name they have
