the diversity of the workforce is awesome, but it is not reflected on the leadership team
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Customer's are mislead by sales with respect to how long projects will take. Sales should state 6 to 8 months instead of 6 to 8 weeks for an EDI implementation
