Typically large companies are autocratic and have policies that are needed to align. SPS has that but it has so many growth opportunities that can overlook the challenges of politics. So far it seems that they allow management to use their authority to make the workplace more comfortable and fun.

The vision and the execution of the vision are clear. The ability to talk easily with my chain of command is good.

I have not had the opportunity to meet all of the Leadership Team but those I have met seem very approachable and down to earth.

The AAM team has a great willingness to engage and to work to solve problems - whatever it takes. There is a willingness to learn as we become more integrated into the SPS Corporate teams.
