Active in letting us know what is going on. Friendly, approachable, and involved. Company seems to have a progressive social outlook.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I have 120 projects. How am I supposed to drive them all? No PM or consultant should have this much to keep track of.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay every 2 weeks (better than twice monthly) and the vacation is good. Medical insurance is bad at all companies so I can't complain there.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Managers are eager to help. Folks above are not eager to hire adequate work force to handle volume of projects. Impossible to provide good customer service and thorough delivery on promises when managing 100 projects.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Workload is unmanageable, seemingly at all levels. Even after completing a project, 10 more projects end up on my plate. Support needs help, as many support issues end up back in implementation to resolve. The workload grows but the work force doesn't.
