In my current Team , my colleagues need to understand what they are expected to do on their role and need more technical training provided by SPS to gain more knowledge about the business
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The advantage to work from home FULL Time is what I liked the most- Though, I am still grateful and content with SPS has provided to us. Ex, No Retirement plan and Healthcare coverage is the lowest rate I've had.
