What are some of the best things about your team?
Really love the environment with MMT and also all SPS teams. I have had no issues since acquisition. To date, everyone is friendly and very team-oriented vs competitive.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team spirit. I love the management training and how SPS is really focused on their values. In my 20+ years have not seen this before. It is becoming more and more exciting to work at SPS for me.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Love the stock options, medical seems to have gone downhill. Very high priced and a lot out of pocket. I think this is more on economy and not company but is a tough area for us. However glad we have vs not having.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Kim and Molly both have been a great help in my growth over time. I also love how they listen to my feedback, ideas and are very open. The main thing that really helps with my success is very little red tape, they allow me to do my job :)
