Love the people I work with and I enjoy the challenge of day to day work. However, there seems to be a bit of a disconnect between director levels and above and the rest of the company. We are underpaid and overworked and don't feel heard.

Young, thirst for growth team members

approachable, in the office, liberal leaning in terms of initiatives and company culture

They are very transparent about the direction of the company and overall goals.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Lots of push and drive towards making the company more money, but not fairly compensated for the extra work
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to interact with team members. I'm a 2 day/week in the office person and would love to see more people in.

My team loves to work and play hard. We bond in more ways than just work and I have built life long friendships.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For a "progressive" company, the time off and benefits are very behind the market. Compensation is also low when compared to market value.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture and environment can vary from team to team greatly. I attribute a lot of the culture to the nature of my managers/team more than a corporate lens.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have found myself on a team of fantastic people with similar mindset/age/work ethic. I feel very lucky to be a part of this group of people. It's honestly the only thing that has kept me here.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Constantly hearing about the journey to $1b, but then getting turned down when negotiating fair raises is extremely frustrating. Hearing similar things from other team members and across the org. Knowing I can make at least $10-15k more in similar PM positions, by smaller companies is disheartening
