Great company overall. My department is lacking strong leadership. It's often difficult to get direct answers or find leaders who will take ownership.

Executive leadership does a great job explaining what we do and why we do it.

Set clear expectations. Put less emphasis on rank and title, be less demeaning to lower level employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are not clear expectations regarding job duties. Sr. level team members push work off to lower level employees.
