What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It seems that our pods really work very well together (moreso than others that I've observed in my short time here).
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I can trust my immediate leadership team, which is something I couldn't say about my previous employer. That means a lot.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm at the point where I'm just starting to take on real customers/projects, and I'm just happy right now to be doing small things the right way.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone has been incredibly helpful to me as a new employee, with regards to making time to teach me and making sure that I'm doing things the way that they're supposed to be done.
