Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have unique set of skills that very little people have at the company and have been paid more in similar positions where knowledge and experience was more common.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Life is expensive, and with the amount of work I put in there are times I feel I'm not adequately compensated. Benefits have been OK, but I feel even our best health insurance plan does not provide for good enough mental healthcare.
