They are humble and care about all employees, see everyone as equals

Company revolves around our culture. I believe it is best in the cities.

More like teachers than superiors, drives better engagement and makes it feel less stressful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Team events and constant happy hours, always a new event to look forward to. Never felt unwelcomed by anyone.
