easy collaboration, learning, and cooperation to get the best results to the customer. Generally kind people that care about one another and want to be helpful to each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
the direct managers I have had are all supportive of my career growth and me as a person. The directors I have had also have been supportive in a similar nature.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
seems higher budgets go towards new external hires to be competitive, vs investing in current internal talent. insurance benefits as a single person definitely contribute to overall compensation. pure salary to salary seems consistently low compared to other companies of similar stature as SPS.
