I am constantly challenged and engaged in various ways. I love the people that I work with. I love the direction that the company is headed. They are constantly growing and improving.

Their personal values. The genuinely care about people and causes that make the world a better place. They don't just talk the talk. They walk the walk.

Everyone is extremely willing to help. We are all one team moving in the same direction. It is wonderful to be a part of such a great team.

I learn something new every single day. It is an environment that will never be stagnant. People listen to your ideas, and you have ample opportunities to make a difference.

Everyone is super positive, happy to be here and willing to help you in any way possible. It is truly a pleasure to work with positive people. We all help each other succeed.

They are down to Earth and lead by example. They not only care about the customers and retention, but they genuinely care about their employees. They also care about the community and giving back to others. I am so happy to be here at SPS. Our leadership inspires me.

Our positive culture starts with Archie and flows down. His dedication to the people at SPS and to his community is inspiring. The leadership genuinely cares about their people. Continuous improvement is part of the culture. They do not sit back and let things happen. They make things happen.

If you ever make a mistake, you will not be put down or punished. It is all about moving forward and making sure not to make the same mistake again, but never are we berated. The people are genuine. There is no undercurrent of negativity. People are positive and upbeat.
