Not happy about my specific team asking people to come into the office twice a week, but orher than that absolutely love sps and grateful for the opportunity to put on my hardhat and come to work everyday.

They have a growth mindset and are accomodating of a wide array of skillsets.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its not a dog eats dog world. Everybody is willing to pitch in to get the job done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Paying externals 20,000+ more in base salary than their internal peers. Feels like internals get punished, but glass door skews the reality of rhe situation.
