I like that many of my peers are young and driven individuals. We get along well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Management actually sees us as people and understands that we go through things that people go through.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that SPS pays below industry standards and that support is very undervalued when many of the people in support are more talented than our consultant counterparts who are paid at a higher rate.
